Currently serving as Design Manager at Brightly since September 2018, Elaine has previously held significant positions at McClatchy, including Senior User Experience (UX) Manager, where strategic guidance was provided to enhance user engagement and subscriber conversions. Elaine's expertise spans conducting user research, designing usability tests, collaborating with development teams, and creating responsive web interfaces. With dual degrees in Fine Arts and Computer Information Systems from Castleton University, Elaine brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical proficiency to product design and user experience.
