Larry Condon

Senior Business and Project Development Manager at Ductor

Larry Condon has over 28 years of experience in business development and project development. Larry began their career as the Co-Founder and CEO of Coffee Brothers Inc. in 1993, where they employed 12 people. Larry then went on to found Hearthbread Bakehouse Inc. in 1999, where they grew sales from $300k to $8.5M and distributed products into four western states. In 2008, they became the Founding Partner, Business Development, Government Relations and General Manager of Barr-Tech, where they negotiated contracts with Spokane Regional Solid Waste System, Spokane County, and the city of Spokane, Liberty Lake, Airway Heights, Post Falls, and Medical Lake. In 2012, they became the Co-Founder and Business Development/Government Relations of Pacificlean Environmental, where they managed day-to-day plant operations and grew the business to several million dollars in revenue. Larry then moved on to BIOGAS Corp in 2015, where they were the Director of Business Development and built proposals for facility projects in North America. In 2020, they became the Senior Business Developer of True North Renewable Energy, LLC, where they developed strategies and processes for working with multiple client types in the industry and quickly built relationships with key stakeholders across government and commercial sectors. In 2021, they became the VP Development Organic Waste Processing of Renewable Natural Gas Consulting, where they had experience in gas marketing and project development. In 2022, they became the Directory of Business Development of BioGas Corp, and in 2023 they became the Senior Business and Project Development Manager of Ductor Corp.

Larry Condon obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Business Law from Washington State University. Larry also holds two certifications from the Washington Organic Recycling Council (WORC): Compost Advanced Feedstock Training and a WORC Compost Operators Certificate.
