Jennifer Ayces is an experienced project and events manager currently serving as the Corporate Project & Events Manager at Ducommun Incorporated since September 2022. Previously, Jennifer worked as an Event Specialist at The Brand Amp and as an Event Planner at In-N-Out Burger, where responsibilities included managing complex events with high attendee counts, budget management up to $900,000, and overseeing teams and vendors. Jennifer also has a background in event planning from ATOMIC Ballroom and experience in character performance at Disneyland Resort. Jennifer holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Entertainment Studies and American Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
