Susannah Smith is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People for North America at Duco since May 2024. Previously, Susannah held the position of VP of People and Culture at Templum, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing access to alternative asset investments. Earlier roles include Human Resources Consultant at Hall Capital Partners LLC and HR Business Partner at TradingScreen, where contributions focused on global HR operations and onboarding processes. Susannah’s career also includes teaching experience as a French Teacher at Westchester Square Academy and HR management at ULLINK. Educational qualifications include an MA in French Literature from Hunter College and a TESOL Certification from Arizona State University.
