Ikia Norris is currently the Manager of Talent Operations at Ascend Indiana. Prior to this role, Ikia was a Consulting Operations Associate and the Small Business Owner of Ikia Kaytlyn's Design. Ikia also worked as the Head Cheerleading Coach and Administrative Assistant at Christel House Indianapolis, and as a Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Club. Ikia graduated from Ball State University - Miller College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
