Joseph Peters is the current Global Head of Customer Success at Duco. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Advocacy at Addepar from August 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they were the Director of Client Analytics at Novus Partners, Inc. from April 2013 to July 2017. Joseph has also worked as a Research Analyst at PineBridge Investments from October 2011 to April 2013 and as an Operations Analyst at JP Morgan from November 2009 to October 2011. Joseph started their career as a Sales and Trading Intern at Knight Capital Group from June 2008 to September 2008 and then as a Sales Tax Accountant Intern at Sherwin Williams from June 2007 to September 2007.
Joseph Peters studied finance and economics at Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Joseph is certified by Duco as a Duco Certified Builder.
Joseph Peters reports to Joe Peters, Head of Customer Success. They are on a team with Abi Adeusi - Customer Success Team Manager, Ash Mitchell - Customer Success Manager, and Oliwier Michalczyk - Junior Customer Support Specialist.
