Elizabeth Pearce is a project coordinator at Ducks Unlimited since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a construction planner at Cox Communications from February 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing construction projects and organizing customer implementation activities. Previously, Elizabeth worked at Wells Fargo from February 2014 to February 2020, serving in various capacities such as contact center team manager, business support associate, team lead for credit card customer service, and credit card escalation banker. In these roles, Elizabeth focused on team training, customer service excellence, compliance management, and process improvement. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Colorado State University Global and studied at Glendale Community College.
