Christine Palacio has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Christine currently works as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DuckDuckGo since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Coral Springs from 2014 to 2022, where they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator, and Human Resources Technician. In these roles, Christine managed the full cycle recruitment process, implemented process improvement initiatives, facilitated pay-related actions, and played a key role in the implementation of an HRIS system. Christine also has over 19 years of experience as an Operations Manager at Unique Communications, Inc. from 1994 to 2014.
