Lucas Moore is an experienced professional with a background in customer care, editorial work, and various support roles. Currently serving as the Customer Care Lead at Dubsado since May 2018, Lucas assists users with client relationship management software and contributes to brand strategy. Previous experience includes an editorial internship at Dressember Foundation, where research and writing on advocacy topics were key responsibilities, and various positions with the City of Los Angeles and other organizations involving customer service, technical support, and operations. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Vanguard University of Southern California, completed in 2011.
