John Healy is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Head of Operational Delivery at Dublin Airport since January 2019. In this role, John oversees a 24/7 shift operation involving over 650 staff, ensuring the delivery of a customer-focused service across various departments including Rescue and Fire Fighting Services and Customer Service. Prior to joining Dublin Airport, John held multiple leadership positions at London Underground from August 2010 to January 2019, culminating as Head of Command, where responsibilities included command and control of the network, managing real-time operations for 543 trains across 11 lines, and directing communication during significant incidents. Additionally, John previously served as Senior Operating Officer and Performance Manager, leading large teams and managing multimillion-pound budgets across operations.
