Sithandokuhle Mbhele is an experienced construction and project management professional currently serving as a Construction Manager intern/assistant at Ruwacon (Pty) Ltd since January 2022. Previously, Sithandokuhle has worked as a Project Management Intern at Dube TradePort Corporation since May 2019, contributing to various projects aimed at economic transformation near King Shaka International Airport, including mini factories, an agrizone, a hotel, and a multi-story parkade. This role focuses on job creation and infrastructure development to attract foreign investments to KwaZulu-Natal. Prior to this, Sithandokuhle completed a year of in-service training in construction management at Grinaker-LTA, specifically on the R2.2 billion Dr. Pixley KaSeme Hospital project. Sithandokuhle holds a Diploma in Construction Management from Durban University of Technology, earned from 2013 to 2015.
