Paul Penuela is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as the Architectural Coordinator at Dubai Sports City since November 2009, where responsibilities include reviewing design submissions, conducting site inspections, preparing concept designs, selecting materials, and reviewing tenders. Prior to this role, Paul worked as an Architect at Fino International from September 2008 to October 2009, focusing on architectural works, details, site inspections, and coordination for interior projects. Paul holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of the Philippines Visayas (2006-2008), a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the same institution (2004-2006), and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of San Agustín (1995-2000).
