Manal Alsuwaidi

Director Of Customer Happiness at Dubai Municipality

Manal Alsuwaidi has extensive work experience with Dubai Municipality. Manal started working for the company in 2000 as an Administrative Officer, where they were responsible for cost studies, financial budgeting, and using various systems. Manal then moved on to become the Head of the Planning and Quality Unit in 2005, where they implemented the Dubai Government Excellence Program and established a new system for evaluating work teams. In 2008, they became the Head of the Customer Care section, overseeing the implementation of the Customer Relation Management system and enhancing customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Happiness, a role they have held since August 2022.

Manal Alsuwaidi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking at Emirates University in Al Ain from 1995 to 2000.
