Samira Haidar started their career in 2003 as a Collector Clerk at HSBC. Samira then worked as an HR Assistant at BJ Services from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Istithmar World as an Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Recruitment Supervisor at Dubai Media Incorporated, where they managed the recruitment process and made managerial decisions. Samira then took on roles such as Training Supervisor, Performance Supervisor, and Planning, Recruitment, and Policies Management Acting Manager. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Planning & Recruitment Manager at Dubai Media Incorporated, creating a recruitment strategic plan and preparing recruitment KPIs. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Planning, Policies Senior Manager, responsible for developing and improving plans, programs, and projects. Finally, they became the Corporate Planning HR Senior Manager, participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with department objectives.
