Mansour Farhat has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Mansour started their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at AMC in 2004, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at DOHMS as a DOHMS. Then, in 2009, they joined EHL Group as a Healthcare Quality professional until 2010. In the same year, they worked as a Quality Consultant at TPI until 2011. Mansour joined KPMG as a Senior Consultant in 2011, and later became a Manager until 2014. During this time, they also worked at KPMG UAE. In 2010, they started working at Dubai Quality Group as a Senior Assessor/ Team Leader at Dubai Quality Award. Lastly, they worked at Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, where they held the positions of Senior Manager Quality Systems Development and later Head of Quality & Operational Audit.

Mansour Farhat has a Master's degree in Quality Management Systems from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, earned between 2007 and 2009. Mansour also holds an Award in Healthcare Quality from Harrington College of Design, completed in 2010. Mansour received their Bachelor of Science degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology, studying from 2000 to 2004. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General at SBS Swiss Business School, anticipated to be completed between 2018 and 2021.
