Iresha Withanagamage is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in cost engineering and quantity surveying. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Cost Engineering at Dubai Airports since April 2023, Iresha previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor at ARKITEKNIK INTERNATIONAL and MKM Commercial Holdings LLC, managing significant projects such as the expansion of Dubai International Airport and various developments in Dubai and Qatar. Iresha's earlier roles include experience at Canadian Gulf Construction and D&R Quantity Surveyors (Pvt) Ltd., contributing to a range of projects across Sri Lanka and the UAE. Iresha holds a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa, achieving First Class honors.
