Iona McIvor currently serves as the Assistant Corporate Communications Manager at DUAL Group since May 2023. Previously, Iona held positions as an Account Executive at Ebury Communications from March 2022 to April 2023, and as a Marketing Executive at itison from May 2021 to February 2022. Early in the career, Iona worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners between March 2015 and August 2018. Iona holds a Master's Degree in International Business, Marketing, and Spanish from the University of Strathclyde, completed from 2015 to 2020. Additional educational credentials include a Foundation Insurance Test from the Chartered Insurance Institute, an online diploma in Journalism from the Centre of Excellence, and attendance at Mearns Castle High School from 2009 to 2015.
