Inderpal Deol has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Energy Supply and NERC Compliance at DTE Energy since February 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing non-nuclear electric generation facilities, engineering, large capital project management, and NERC compliance. Previous roles at DTE Energy include Director of Renewable Energy Operations, Director and Chief Engineer of Fossil Generation, and Plant Manager, demonstrating a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes a Program Engineer position at Ford Motor Company. Inderpal holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University.
