Kathy Gilbert is currently the Technical Services Manager at DTC. Kathy has over 20 years of experience in the field, having previously worked as the Help Desk/NOC/Security Manager at The Kite Technology Group. In this role, Kathy was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Help Desk, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Security departments. Kathy also developed training programs to help improve the skills of the service desk team, and they worked with third-party vendors to ensure that client needs were being met. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable in all things related to customer service and they are always working to increase the productivity of their team.
