Heidi Rivero is an accomplished System Administration Specialist currently managing the IT Department at DTBird & DTBat since January 2021, with expertise in networking, Linux servers, virtual environments, scripting, and DevOps tools. Prior to this role, Rivero worked as a Presales Engineer at GlobeNet International Corp. from May 2017 to August 2019, where technical proposals were developed for various networking solutions and customer requirements were addressed. Rivero also has a background as a Principal Network Engineer at ETECSA from October 2013 to May 2017, focusing on the design and configuration of IP networks, including LAN and WAN networks. Rivero holds a Master's degree in Electronics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2019-2020) and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría"​ (2008-2013).
