Sonia Pillay is a skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience in the rail electrification sector. Currently employed at DT Infrastructure since August 2024, Sonia's previous roles include serving as Project Engineer - Rail Electrification at Laing O'Rourke from November 2021 to April 2024 and as Site Engineer - Rail Electrification at Martinus from July 2020 to November 2021. Prior to this, Sonia worked at GHD from December 2016 to July 2020, holding positions from Rail Engineer to Graduate Rail Engineer. Sonia's engineering career began with a role at F&D Structural Engineers in late 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from Curtin University, obtained from 2014 to 2017, and a high school diploma from Canning Vale College, completed in 2013.
