Con Boutsikakis currently serves as Operations Manager NSW at DT Infrastructure since June 2024. Prior to this role, Con was with Fulton Hogan from April 2016 to June 2024, holding positions as Project Director and Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant civil projects such as the $750M Puhoi to Warkworth motorway and various rail and road construction projects. Con's experience also includes a tenure at Leighton Contractors from November 2009 to April 2016, managing major civil works and implementing IT business systems across the organization. Earlier career roles involved engineering positions at Fulton Hogan and Cardno, focusing on road and infrastructure projects. Con holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from UNSW.
