Mike Faul is a seasoned professional in the construction and housing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Purchasing at Chesmar Homes since March 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Corporate Services Manager and Program Manager at DSW Homes from November 2021 to March 2024, and served as Project Manager at Westin Homes. Prior to these roles, Mike was a Senior Project Manager at Us Living for a brief period in late 2021, and between March 2013 and October 2018, held multiple positions including Vice President of Construction, Project Manager, and Construction Manager at Perry Homes. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as Rental Manager at CLM Equipment Co. Inc. from June 2011 to March 2013. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completed between 2009 and 2011.
