Anoeshka Ramasray has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Jurist Regres and Legal Advisor at DSW Zorgverzekeraar since March 2008. Responsibilities include advising management and staff on various legal issues, handling claims for the recovery of medical costs from liable parties, leading policy legal projects, and evaluating contracts with healthcare providers. Prior experience as a Legal Assistant and Court Secretary at Rechtbank Rotterdam from September 2004 to February 2008 involved drafting judgments and orders in civil and administrative law, processing appeals, and assisting in family law matters. Anoeshka holds two Master's degrees in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in both private and corporate law.
