Michael Hennessy is a highly experienced project manager with a diverse background in architecture and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at DSS Condo, a division of SOCOTEC, since July 2023, Michael provides independent oversight for Condominium Associations throughout construction phases. As Principal at Michael Patrick Hennessy, Architect since September 2016, Michael focuses on architecture, design, and project management. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, Project Manager at McKenzie Construction, and other notable positions over a career spanning over two decades. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
