Anatoli Pechkov is an accomplished software industry leader with extensive experience in software development and technology management. As Chairman of the Board at Noema since June 2019, Anatoli has contributed to strategic oversight. Anatoli is also the CEO and Founder of Data Storage Research LLC (DSR Corporation), established in 1998, which specializes in custom software solutions, encompassing the entire development life cycle and a structured quality assurance process. Prior roles include CEO and President of RelexUS, where Anatoli promoted the Linter RDBMS to major consumer electronics manufacturers, and various positions in software development and consulting that highlight expertise in database technology and embedded systems. Anatoli's technical background is complemented by a Master's degree in Theoretical Mechanics from Voronezh State University.
