Shyam Narayan is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in managing and installing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, modems, and leased line networks. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt Ltd since February 2019, Shyam also holds positions as a Network Engineer at Ninja Info-Sec Services Pvt. Ltd and DSM Infocom Private Limited, both since August 2018 and October 2016, respectively. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya and possesses a CCNA RS certification in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
