Oana O. has over 25 years of work experience in the fragrance and flavor industry. Oana held various leadership roles at companies such as dsm-firmenich, Firmenich, Givaudan, Ocico & Co, and IFF. Their roles included Vice President Global Strategic Business Unit at dsm-firmenich and Firmenich, Global Account VP at Givaudan, and Global Brand Director and Global Category Manager at IFF. Oana has extensive experience in brand development, strategic segment development, and marketing. Oana O. has a diverse education history. Oana initially pursued a degree in Organic Chemistry at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1987 to 1992. Afterwards, they went on to study Chemistry at the University of Cambridge, earning a GRSC degree from 1992 to 1994. In 2003, Oana completed an Executive Management Course at the London Business School. Most recently, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from King's College London between 2020 and 2022.
