Goede Schueler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the personal care and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Merger Growth Synergies and Marketing & Sales Excellence at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, Goede previously held various roles at DSM from 2004 to 2023, including Integration Consultant, Head of Commercial Management for PCA EMEA, Global Key Account Manager, and Innovation Project Manager for Skin Care. With expertise in commercial management, project development, and business growth, Goede has successfully led teams and projects, generating significant revenue and fostering innovation. Prior experience includes roles at Hoffmann-La Roche in the Vitamins Division, a post-doctoral position at the University of California, Davis, and a Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology.
