Christel Adnet is an accomplished professional in fragrance development with extensive experience in the beauty care and personal care sectors. Currently serving as Fragrance Development Director for Beauty Care at dsm-firmenich since May 2024, Christel previously held key leadership roles, including Fragrance Development Director at Cosmo International Fragrances, where successful coordination with international teams and significant client engagement led to notable wins in the Air Care and Fine Fragrance categories. With a strong background in managing projects and teams across prestigious companies such as Firmenich, Givaudan, and Eurofragance, Christel has consistently demonstrated a commitment to developing innovative olfactory solutions and optimizing organizational performance. Christel holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry Sciences and Industrial Technologies from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg.
