Nicki Kaur currently serves as the RVP of Final Mile at A.P. Moller - Maersk since September 2022 and has held the position of Regional Director at DSI Logistics LLC since December 2016, focusing on account management and service level agreement (SLA) compliance for a large account. Previous roles include Account Executive at Pilot Freight Services, and Assistant Manager positions at DSI Logistics Inc and Control Transportation Services Inc, where operations, dispatch, customer service, and regulatory compliance were managed for multi-million dollar accounts. Nicki began a career in customer service at Best Buy, transitioning from handling customer calls to overseeing warehousing operations. Early experience includes staffing coordination, scheduling, and pharmacy dispatching. Education was completed at the Community College of Baltimore County.
