Lance Reed has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Lance currently serves as the President of DSI EV Solutions, where they lead a company that provides infrastructure support for electric vehicles. Prior to this, Lance was the President of Document Strategies Inc., a position they held since 2014.

Before their role at Document Strategies Inc., Lance was the District General Manager at Neopost Northeast for six years. Lance also founded Sort-It Technologies, a software development firm aimed at delivering enterprise solutions to the mailing services industry. During their time at Sort-It Technologies, Lance developed a voice-activated mail sorting system.

Additionally, Lance has experience in the automotive industry as the President of Excelerate Automotive Solutions, where they oversaw start-up and acquisitions for a firm specializing in managed services for large automobile fleets. In the past, Lance also held various sales and management positions at Neopost, ultimately becoming the Sr. Vice President.

Lance Reed attended HEC Paris in 2011, completing the International Senior Management Program at the HEC School of Management. Additionally, they studied Economics at Saint Martin's University.
