Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned nursing professional specializing in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application occurred in a level one trauma center. Additionally, Charlene's early experience includes a role as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on clinical terminology modeling at Kaiser Permanente IT and serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
