Keith Ledbetter is an experienced finance executive with extensive expertise in managing financial operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for the North American Packaging and Paper Division at DS Smith, Keith oversees a division with approximately $1 billion in revenue within a $6 billion group based in the UK. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer for WestRock Company's Global Plastics and North America Packaging and Paper divisions, as well as Vice President of Finance in the Home, Health & Beauty segment. With a strong foundation in finance and business transformation acquired through positions at Alcon and General Electric, Keith Ledbetter holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance and Statistical Analysis from the University of North Texas.
