Damian Mendez, PE, is a structural engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently employed at Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace Specialists since October 2019. Previously, Damian served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Criser Troutman Tanner Consulting Engineers from January 2019 to October 2019 and as a Civil Structural Engineer at Framatome from June 2009 to November 2018, where leadership was provided in structural engineering and oversight of design change packages for nuclear power plants. Notable projects include serving as lead engineer for the Watts Bar Unit 2 Replacement Steam Generator Project. Earlier experience includes a position as a Summer Engineering Assistant with the NCDOT in 2007. Damian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2010.
