Michelle Stallings, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at DRW, a position held since September 2023. Earlier in Michelle's career, roles included SVP, People & Culture Director at Leo Burnett and Human Resources Manager at Giant Step, following a start as a Human Resources Specialist at Progressive Insurance. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business from Ohio University.
