Ira Merchant is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field since 2003. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Druva since August 2021, Ira focuses on enabling data and operational resilience solutions. Prior experiences include roles at True Sparrow Systems, where contributions were made in building technology products, and ZS Associates, focusing on talent strategy and recruitment processes.
