Jose David Montero Villegas has extensive experience in labor relations, currently serving as Superintendente Relaciones Laborales at Drummond Ltd. since October 2014. Prior to this role, Jose worked at Paz del Río - Votorantim Siderurgia from June 2008 to October 2014, where responsibilities included Director and Coordinador of Relaciones Laborales, as well as Especialista in the same field. Jose also held the position of Abogado Consultor at Corporación Excelencia en la Justicia from June 2007 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia (2013-2015), a degree in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from the same university (2008-2009), and a law degree from Universidad Sergio Arboleda (1998-2003).
