John Budde has extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Colson Group since December 2022. Prior roles include East Coast Operations Manager at IPL Macro, where management of multi-site injection molding manufacturing and oversight of P&L and KPI reporting were key responsibilities. As Director of Operations and Quality at Sloan Valve Company, John led day-to-day operations across multi-functional teams, reduced scrap significantly, and implemented quality and safety initiatives. Previously, at Caterpillar Inc., John held various positions, culminating as Group Manager of Operations, where oversight of fabrication and assembly operations for over 300 employees was crucial. John holds a Master's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
