For the past eight years, Ileana has been a key contributor to Drug Assistant through account management and account process development. With her background in technology and her extensive knowledge of the Drug Assistant software, she has been very successful transitioning clients from manual PAP tracking processes to the streamlined Web Advanced platform. As head of the accounts team, she has lead account customization projects and has been instrumental in the management and implementation of large hospital groups as well as the city and state contracts. Ileana joined Drug Assistant with more than 15 years of healthcare related software experience. She graduated from the University of Houston with a major in computer science.
