Brandon Rinehart has extensive work experience in the field of research and development engineering. Brandon started their career at DRT Holdings, LLC in October 2005, where they worked as a Research and Development Engineer until December 2015. From December 2015 to January 2023, they held the position of Senior Research and Development Engineer at the same company. In December 2021, Brandon joined Ball Corporation as a Principal Engineer focused on metal innovation. Finally, in January 2023, they transitioned to DRT Holdings, LLC as the Vice President of Innovation.

Brandon Rinehart studied Mechanical Engineering at Wright State University. Brandon also obtained additional certifications in Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities, Listen to Lead, and Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn in 2022.
