Yossi Arbiv serves as the COO of YR-International Services and Co-Founder and COO of Engineering Solutions Group (ESG), both roles pursued since 2013, specializing in business development and innovative technologies for defense and security markets. In addition, Yossi Arbiv co-founded YR LUXURY in 2016, presides as Chairman of TIKVA (R.A) since 2017, and engages in a business partnership with Sharon & Nehab since late 2018. Yossi Arbiv also holds the position of Business Development Director at RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. since 2014. Prior military experience includes serving as Operations Officer of the Combat Engineering Corps and Deputy Commander of the Combat Engineering Brigade within the IDF from 2007 to 2013. Yossi Arbiv holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with additional qualifications in business administration and command training from distinguished institutions.
