Ronit Bar currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at DRS RADA Technologies, a role held since September 2017, where responsibilities include building and leading the HR organization to support the company's growth and directing strategic HR plans and policies. Prior experience includes positions at Medtronic, previously Given Imaging, as HR Director and HR Manager, managing a team for a site with 330 employees and contributing to site management. Additionally, Ronit held the position of Global Director of Organization Development at Given Imaging, focusing on implementing the Employee Life Cycle Process, and began the career as a Staffing, Training & Welfare Specialist at Given Imaging. Early career experience as a self-employed management consultant involved leading organizational processes and developing training plans. Ronit Bar holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from Bar-Ilan University.
