Diego Boesso is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product and technology leadership across prominent companies. Currently serving as CEO and Executive Director at Droz since June 2023, Diego previously held the role of Head of Products & Technology at Co.Aktion, where the focus was on fostering a culture of continuous learning and enhancing user experiences through technology. At PicPay, from July 2019 to November 2021, Diego led product and operations teams, driving operational efficiency and developing innovative solutions utilizing data and artificial intelligence. Earlier roles included positions as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Project Manager at Linx, where responsibility encompassed the implementation of new management models across multiple software factories. Diego's background in project management and quality assurance at Accenture further complemented a robust career that includes advanced degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology from FGV and Ibmec, respectively.
