Rajiv Sohal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajiv began their career in 1996 at ISHI Systems, where they served as a Partner and Chief Technology Officer, leading the implementation of enterprise systems for major clients. In 2000, they joined Real Space Limited as Director and Chief Technologist, overseeing the establishment of a technology development and operations center for a consumer credit reporting bureau in India. Rajiv then moved on to Real Space Inc. in 2003, where they managed a consulting practice focused on new technology products and services.
In 2005, Rajiv joined Sequent Technologies/CXO Systems as Practice Head, where they set up an external consulting practice and led key implementations of C-level dashboards and related solutions. Rajiv later co-founded SightMinder in 2008 and served as the Co-founder and Chief Technologist until 2013.
