Rajiv Sohal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajiv began their career in 1996 at ISHI Systems, where they served as a Partner and Chief Technology Officer, leading the implementation of enterprise systems for major clients. In 2000, they joined Real Space Limited as Director and Chief Technologist, overseeing the establishment of a technology development and operations center for a consumer credit reporting bureau in India. Rajiv then moved on to Real Space Inc. in 2003, where they managed a consulting practice focused on new technology products and services.

In 2005, Rajiv joined Sequent Technologies/CXO Systems as Practice Head, where they set up an external consulting practice and led key implementations of C-level dashboards and related solutions. Rajiv later co-founded SightMinder in 2008 and served as the Co-founder and Chief Technologist until 2013.

Rajiv's next venture was as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at a Technology Services Firm in 2014, where they played a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives. Rajiv then took on the role of CEO at Seastar Labs from 2016 to 2017.

In 2020, Rajiv joined Diamond Standard as the Chief Technology Officer, where they led the company's technology initiatives. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Dropp, contributing to the establishment and growth of the organization. Currently, Rajiv holds the position of Chief Architect at OpenCrowd, a role they have held since 2006.
