Thea Kocher has extensive work experience in marketing, beginning with a Collection Marketing Intern role at Ralph Lauren in 2003. Thea then moved on to Bliss, where they held four roles from 2004 to 2010, including Manager, Sephora and QVC Marketing and Sales and Brand Manager, Bath, Body and Fragrance. In 2010, they joined Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as Director, Visual Merchandising, International Development & Global Marketing and NA Marketing Manager, Sephora and QVC. After that, they worked at Caudalie as Executive Director, Marketing from 2014 to 2015, and then at LXMI as Chief Marketing Officer from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became an Advisor at SHHHOWERCAP and in 2020, they took on the role of Head of Business Development at Droplette.

Thea Kocher received their A.B. in Sociology and French from Harvard University. Prior to that, they attended Heritage Hall.
