Alaa Zeaiter has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Their most recent role was as a Lead QA Engineer at DroneDeploy, which they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Xevert Studio from January 2006. In 2016, they joined AON Hewitt as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they worked until November 2017. Before joining AON Hewitt, they were a QA Tester at ShabzCo LLC from August 2014 to December 2015. In 2014, they also worked as a Business Analyst Intern at NIU for five months. Their earliest work experience was as a User Experience Analyst Intern at HCSC from June 2013 to August 2013.

Alaa Zeaiter obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Operation & Information Management from Northern Illinois University - College of Business from 2011 to 2014. They also hold an Associate's Degree from the College of DuPage. In February 2018, Alaa obtained a certification as a Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
