Charlotte Keens' work experience begins in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant & Corporate Event Coordinator at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group. In 2010, they join FDM Group as a Project Analyst for a brief period before moving on to UBS. At UBS, they hold various roles including Project Manager from November 2010 to October 2016, IT Account Manager from October 2016 to September 2017, Product Manager from May to December 2018, and finally Product Manager, Director from March 2017 to December 2021. Their most recent position is as a Product Manager at Droit since January 2022.

Charlotte Keens completed their education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from 2006 to 2009.
