Thany Moraes has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Marketing Trainee at Rádio Transamérica. Thany then worked as a Market Researcher Trainee at Master Comunicação and as a Digital Media Trainee and later as a Digital Media & Strategy Senior Analyst at HouseCricket Digital & Direct - Grupo OM. Thany then moved on to work as a Digital Media & Strategy Coordinator at Heads Propaganda and as a Digital Strategy Consultant on a freelance basis. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Strategy & Insights Lead at DDB, focusing on McDonald's Latam. Thany continued their career as a Senior Strategist, Strategy Lead, and Strategy Director at BBDO ARGENTINA, where they led the integrated strategy team for Ford Motor Company in South America. In 2022, Thany joined the community as a Strategy Director and later moved to Droga5 as a Comms Strategy Director.
