Ruthvik Pendyala has a diverse work experience in the field of structural engineering. In 2019, they worked as a Structural Engineer intern at A.S. Associates | Engineers & Planners, where they designed a G+2 Residential Building and performed site visits during the construction process. In 2020, they worked as a Junior Structural Engineer at Shashank Raj Constructions, where they performed analysis and design calculations, conducted on-site observations, and collaborated with a team of engineers. In 2022, they joined the University of South Florida as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, where they studied the effects of down-drag on pile performance and created real-time models using the COMSOL software. Currently, Ruthvik is a Structural Design Intern at DRMP, Inc., where they are gaining practical experience in structural design.
Ruthvik Pendyala pursued their education in civil engineering, starting with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they obtained between the years 2016 and 2020. During this time, they specialized in Civil Engineering.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Ruthvik enrolled in the University of South Florida in 2022 to pursue a Masters in civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. Their expected completion year for this degree is 2023.
In addition to their academic achievements, Ruthvik acquired several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the "Innovative Project Expo-2018" certification from Vignan Institute of Technology & Sciences. In 2019, they completed the "Training on Application of Remote Sensing and GIS" provided by the Geological Survey of India. Lastly, in June 2023, they successfully passed the "FE Exam" administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
